Strep Throat

Well everyone, I have just found out that I have strep throat. I have been feeling ill for since Sat. morning. I noticed that I had white spots on the back of my throat. Now I have to just chill for a couple of days to recover. Just thought I would let you all know. BYE, Chad

Today REALLY Sucks!!!

This has to be the worst day of my life. It all started when I didn't get enough sleep last night. I was tossing and turning all over the place. Then I had to go to work this morning. When I was done with that I had to take my car in to get the brakes changed. While I was waiting for them to finish the brakes I started to feel funny...You know when your skin becomes so sensitive that if anything is touching it you feel like you are going to throwup? That is how I have felt all day. Then I had to go back to work...It was okay , because there wasn't very many passengers, the only problem we had was that one of our machines broke down and I had to call someone in Vegas to come and fix it. Well I didn't think that they would come until tomorrow, lo and behold, right as I lay down in my bed.....My phone rings. It is the repairman and he asks if he can come up today...I said sure....Now mind you I had just taken about a half dose of NyQuil to help me sleep. So I try to get in as much rest as I can before he gets here. He tells me he should be there around 430/500 so I wake up and head out to the airport...he then calls me to tell me that he is just entering the gorge South of St. George. So I went back out to my car and fell asleep. He showed up at around 6. He just barely left so I have been sitting at the airport trying to stay awake for about 3 hours. But that's not all.....We have a CHARTER FLIGHT to screen tonight. That is 120 passengers and I am still draggin' from earlier. I NEED HELP!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

YEA...Bella Is Here!!!

Well I have Bella today and tomorrow. I missed her last week. I had to work all week so I only got to see her on Friday. We are busy at work trying to get moved into our office in the new terminal. We got most of the furniture moved yesterday. I was very tired from it all. Well I just wanted to give a quick hello to everyone and hope that they had a good weekend.

Interview Is DONE!!!

Well I had my interview today. I think I did okay. Probably not my best but still good. They still have to interview the SLC people, there are 3 of them up there. Then they will let us all know who got the job.

I have been working for about a week and a half straight. I am very tired. The open house for the new airport terminal was held today. I finally got to see the inside of the terminal and I would just like to say that it is pretty dang nice. We will be moving into the terminal on Tuesday night. The first flight will go out of there on Wed. morning. It should be interesting to see how that goes.

Anyway, I just thought I would let you all know what was going on. Love you all, Chad

Doing Great!

Hey everyone, just letting everyone know that I am still here and I am doing fine. I am working all this week. So that is keeping me busy. We have a Supervisor from SLC down here this week seeing how things operate down here, so, I have to pretty much babysit him. I will be interviewing for the Supervisor's job in St. George this Saturday. I just have to sale myself. It will be an experience for sure.

For those who don't know...

Hey everyone,

Just letting everyone know that Krissy and I have talked things through and have decided to get a divorce. That is why I haven't been updating as often as I usually do. You don't have to feel bad for either Krissy or myself. We are doing our best to work through this. So, just thought you ought to know.

Counseling Day

Krissy and I have started counseling today. Our counselor is a lot younger than I thought he would be. He seems like a really nice guy though. Krissy and I both talked about some issues and the counselor helped us to try and focus on some certain aspects of what we need to be happy. He also gave us some homework, so I have been working on that for a little while. I hope that this helps us figure some things out. That is all I want to say about it.

A funny thing happened on my way down to St. George. Bella was singing again(I guess she has recently started doing this on car trips) and she was snacking on some nuts and raisins. I start to listen to what she is singing and she is saying, "Mommy made my raisins, Mommy made my raisins". I started cracking up when I realized what she was saying. While Krissy and I were at counseling, bella went and stayed at Tonya's and played with Shaylie for a little while before she had to go to school. Bella was having fun when we got back.

Thanks Tonya for watching her. Krissy and I both really appreciate it.

Another Trip to St. George

Well I got to take another trip to St. George today. I took Krissy home after she was done with school today. It was fun to spend some time with her. On our way back home, Bella was singing until we reached the top of the ridge and it just happened to be exactly 2pm and she passed out because she was soo tired. It was kinda funny. She was just sitting there singing the ABCs and then two seconds later she was out.

Tomorrow Krissy and I are starting counseling and I am a little nervous about it. I just don't know what to expect. We are going to someone named Iuri Melo. He works at A Southern Utah Counseling Experience. I am a little freaked but we will just have to see how it goes.

Lazy Day

Well I haven't been feeling very well over the last few days. Either has Bella. I think we both have colds. I have been trying to dope myself up on NyQuil at night so I can actually get some sleep. Bella will be here tomorrow, I can't wait to see her.

Bella's Day at the Park

Well I went down to St. George today and took Bella over to Tonya's to see all of the cousins. We went to the park in Washington. Bella had a blast playing in the little stream that runs through there. She had fun playing with Taylor, Anje and Shaylie. She has really missed them.
